Here is an explanation of the activity levels
BMR - Your base rate, no activity multiplier whatsoever
Sedentary - No Exercise, desk job
Light - Light Exercise 1-3 days/week
Moderate - Moderate Exercise 3-5 days/week
Very - Hard Exercise 6-7 days/week
Extreme - Hard daily exercise and physical job, or 2x daily training such as marathon or contest
